At Cafe Eden, most of the ingredients in the juices, smoothies and bowls are organic but a large number of ingredients used in the deli, soup and sandwiches are not organic. Only the produce is organic at the salad bar. Organic Coconut Cream is used as the base in the non- dairy gelato but the other ingredients do not appear to be organic, just non-GMO. Ask for more specifics.

What I Ordered
I ordered The Rejuvenator Organic Juice and sampled several flavors of the Vegan Ice Cream. The juice ingredients consisted of carrot, celery, beet and parsley. The flavor was mild and delish. All of their juices are made to order and not cold pressed. Every flavor of the vegan ice cream was amazing, loved the consistency which closely resembled a good quality ice cream.

The Takeaway
Cafe Eden is located inside Abby’s Health & Nutrition Market. The Market itself boasts one of the largest organic produce sections around. Although a large portion of the store is occupied with nutrition products, there is enough room left for a great organic selection in all food categories. Don’t forget to try the great tasting Vegan Gelato!
