What’s Clean
All of the produce is certified organic or organically grown of which the majority is locally sourced. The seafood, which consists of salmon and shrimp, is wild-caught. Their chicken, eggs, deli meats, and cheeses are not organic but are void of antibiotics, added hormones, and raised humanely. The coffee beans are grown organically and the kombucha is local and organic. Just about everything is made in house except for the bread and tortillas. Vegan and gluten-free options are plentiful.
What’s Served
Breakfast is served from 6:00am-10:30am, and lunch from 10:30am-2:30pm. Coffee, smoothies, and grab & go selections are available from 6am-7pm. The menu changes with the seasons but for the most part, you’ll find salads, soups, and sandwiches available during lunch hours. The breakfast menu offers quiche, sandwiches, and wraps. Beyond that, you’ll find breakfast bowls with bases of fruit, oats, and eggs along with 4 specialty toast selections. Additionally, the grab & go section carries several house-baked treats such as chocolate chip cookies made with almond flour. But wait, there’s more…peanut butter bars, brownies, and chocolate chia pudding…big smile!
What I Ordered
I ordered the Nourish Lunch Combo and chose the Club Sandwich on a pressed organic wrap and a Create Your Own Half Salad. After sampling the yummy house-made soups, I couldn’t resist and ordered a cup of the Chicken Pot Pie Soup as well. The soup was uber fresh and off the charts in the taste department, so flavorful and chock full of organic veggies and chicken. The Club Wrap was also top-notch in every category. Lastly, the salad was amazing as well. Nourish offers an impressive choice of base lettuces which includes spinach, romaine, arugula, kale, as well as shredded cabbage and quinoa. Next, choose from an array of fresh mouth-watering toppings such as turmeric dusted cauliflower, roasted beets, sliced radishes, seeds, nuts, proteins, and the list goes on. The balsamic vinaigrette, toppings, shredded cabbage, and crisp romaine I selected were gently tossed together creating a heavenly salad.
The Vibe
Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen is located in the shiny and new Center for Health and Wellbeing near Winter Park Hospital. The decor is classic with a dash of modern while the dining area occupies a large open space. Traditional tables are provided inside as well as bar seating. Additionally, seating is available outdoors in front of the restaurant where several tables equipped with shade umbrellas await. Orders are placed at the counter and by the time you reach the cash out section, your order will be ready for you.

Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen offers scratch-made healthy choices that are a step above in quality and taste. Furthermore, their packaging and cleaning products are eco-friendly.
