At 2B Whole Gluten-Free Bakery, there’s something for everyone, regardless of dietary preference. You name it, Toula makes it! You’ll find muffins, biscuits, cupcakes, donuts, bread, cinnamon rolls, and brownies. Individual sized 5-inch pizza pies, pot pies, and even calzones are offered.
What I Ordered
I chose the Paleo/Keto Almond Butter Cookie which was my first anything sweet to eat in 6 weeks. Sweetened with dates, the cookie was moist and chewy which left me wishing I purchased more than one. On previous visits, I’ve sampled several baked treats but my ultimate fave was the Chicken Pot Pie. The flakey crust has the same texture as you’d expect from a non-gluten-free crust, with a superb taste. Packed with tender chunks of chicken and bite-sized veggies, it’s hard to believe the savory meal was gluten-free.
Located in the back of the newly renovated Nuts n Berries Healthy Market, the 2B Whole area is cheery with a loaded display case of the day’s baked foods. A nice dining area with table seating is provided at the front of the store.
Toula is the owner and mastermind behind all of 2B Whole’s amazing recipes and success. Inspired by her son’s food intolerances, she is passionate about creating great-tasting foods without all the bad stuff.
