At Dolce Vegan Bakery & Cafe, most of the ingredients are organic except for the olive oil, Daiya cheese, nut mylks, and Tempeh bacon. They also offer many Gluten Free, Nut Free, and Soy Free options.
What’s Served
The menu consists of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, soup, a grain bowl, and several traditional bakery items such as cupcakes and cinnamon rolls; all Vegan and Organic.
What I Ordered
We sampled the Kirkwood Breakfast Sandwich on a fresh and warm everything bagel, and of course the organic coffee. The hearty vegan bagelwich was filled with fresh and crisp kale, vegan cream cheese, tomato, cucumber, and lots of avocado. A great combo to enjoy with the aromatic organic coffee, and a great way to start the day.
The Vibe
Dolce Vegan Bakery & Cafe occupies a small simple space in the historic Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta. Several tables are available inside, as well as a few outdoors on the sidewalk.
The Takeaway
A great little vegan bakery in the Kirkwood section of Atlanta where most everything is made from scratch on-premises. Kudos to Dulce for going the extra mile and using clean organic ingredients. Bravo!!
