What’s Clean
The majority of the ingredients used in the juices and smoothies are comprised of organic or organically grown produce. Beyond that, the remainder of the menu and Grab & Go choices are created using mostly organic ingredients. However, on the day of our review, we were not able to obtain detailed specifics on several of the Grab & Go meals. As always, please ask the staff or manager for more information.
What’s Served
The Juices, Smoothies, Shots, and Smoothie bowls are made to order, however, the juices are not cold-pressed. The Green Fork also houses an extensive Grab & Go section. There, you will find Small Plates, Organic Salads, Organic Soups, Desserts, and Fresh Baked items. Several Gluten Free options are available as well. By the way, the soup jars in the Grab & Go section are huge. And although I didn’t get to taste any of these amazing looking soups, their high quality is evident.
What I Ordered
We ordered the Serenity Smoothie which was creamy with substantial texture and a robust taste. Overall, the smoothie was quite delish. I adore the creative name selections they have chosen for their menu items. With juice names such as Compassion, Wisdom, and Miracle, how can you not be lured into downing a juice? Likewise, some of the smoothie titles are Patience, Grateful and Exhale…love these!
The Vibe
Incidentally, we have not visited this particular physical location as of yet. Therefore, our review is based on our visit to their NOLA location which has the same menu and uses the same vendors and ingredients. The decor and vibe we experienced at their NOLA location was simple and chill with a hometown neighborhood feel.
The Takeaway
The made to order menu at The Green Fork is extensive. Furthermore, their refrigerated Grab & Go section is packed with many clean food options. It’s a great place to grab a clean bite, healthy snacks, and yummy treats.
