Local sourcing is a priority and the menu is 100% plant-based. Although SEED makes an effort to source organically grown or certified organic ingredients, we were unable to obtain an estimation of quantity on an average day. Therefore, ask for more specifics.
SEED’s plant-based menu offers starters, comfort plates, soups, salads, and dessert. Beverages include coffee, tea, nut milk, and house-made cocktails. Examples of yummy entrees to look forward to are the Eggplant Schwarma Sandwich, Asparagus Toast, Carrot Cavatelli, and Red Bean Risotto.
What I Ordered
We ordered the Tortilla Chips and Fresh Made House Dips, and of course the organic Beignets. The dips of roasted corn salsa, guacamole, and cashew-based nacho cheese were delish. The cashew cheese was the table favorite. The Beignets were off the charts; soft yummy and just plain outstanding.
This SEED location is a bit small with table seating, a small bar area, and just a few tables provided outdoors.
