What’s Clean
At Revitalive Cafe & Juice Bar, all of the ingredients are Organic, Gluten-Free, Peanut-Free, Soy-free, Dairy-Free, and Vegan. Most of the menu items are scratch-made including the fresh-baked desserts. The acai bowls are blended to order without added sugar. The Juices are cold-pressed.

In addition to cold-pressed juice, smoothies, and acai bowls, Revitalive Cafe & Juice Bar offers grain bowls, salads, paninis, soup, and toasts. Don’t forget the delish desserts, organic teas, coffee, and wellness shots. Juice Cleanses are also available when pre-ordered.
What I Ordered
I was torn between a salad and Avocado Toast; the salads passing by my eyes as I waited in line were stunning. Ultimately, I opted for the Avo Toast served on a Sweet Potato Biscuit, and boy was I not disappointed. For starters, the Organic GF Sweet-Potato Biscuit was dreamy and in a league of its own. Soft in texture, this biscuit looked much more like a bagel, however, the taste was spectacular! Smeared with an Avo Mash, then topped with a killer house-made Cilantro Sauce sprinkled with crunchy pumpkin seeds and chili flakes for spice, seriously this Avo Toast was some of the best to ever cross my palate. I did sample an Acai Bowl and creamy Broccoli Soup at its sister location in Andover, which has much of the same menu. The freshly blended Acai Bowl was quite enjoyable and void of any added sugars, with toppings of fresh fruit, coconut flakes, and an outstanding GF granola. Unfortunately, the soup was just “meh” and not a flavor I would order again.
The Vibe
Located in downtown Andover along a quiet pedestrian street, this Revitalive Cafe & Juice Bar location occupies a much larger space with more of a casual restaurant feel than does its sister location in Newburyport. Decorated with simple furnishings that add pops of color, the fast-casual setup offers many tables and booths inside as well as several tables outside in front of the cafe.
The Takeaway
There are some lucky peeps in Andover! Kudos to Revitalive for doing food right; clean, nutritious, and yummy, not to mention free of common known inflammatories such as peanut and soy. Thank you Revitalive Cafe & Juice Bar, you are a step above the rest! Still dreaming and drooling over that Avo Toast, just sayin’.
