Naked Lunch serves scratch vegetarian food, made in house with all organic ingredients. Even the dressings and sauces are organic. All of the ingredients used are plucked from the shelves at each Mom’s Organic Market. Vegan options are plentiful.
The menu at Naked Lunch offers raw organic juices, as well as grain bowls, of which both can be made exactly how you’d like by choosing the Build Your Own option. Bases for the bowls include brown rice, tofu, quinoa, and pilaf. If you’re not feeling like a bowl, how does a Black Bean Burger, or Classic Tacos made with chickpea and cauliflower sound? They even offer a Jammed Yam which is a sweet potato stuffed with pineapple, peppers, and more, topped with avocado and house-made lime jalapeno dressing.
What I Ordered
Our visit was during Covid restrictions, and unfortunately, food service was closed at the cafe. Therefore, we were not able to sample the food but did select a raw organic juice flavor named Bright Idea from the grab & go cooler. The juice was tasty and fresh with a nice bite from the ginger and lime that balanced nicely with the sweetness from the apple and carrot.
Naked Lunch is located inside Mom’s Organic Market. It has a buffet-style setup with clear views of the food and containers. The decor is clean and simple, as are the furnishings. Counter space and bar stools are available for dining indoors.
Naked Lunch provides grain bowls, salads, raw juices, and a few other bites made with organic ingredients at very reasonable prices. Kudos to Naked Lunch for making everything from scratch and clean! We are looking forward to visiting again post Covid, to taste some of those amazing sounding bites and bowls. In the meantime, leave a review below and let us know about your experience.
