At every Jules Thin Crust location, the sauce, dressings, and pizza doughs are made from scratch with organic ingredients and flours. Local sourcing of non-GMO ingredients is a priority and much of what’s sourced is certified organic, organically grown, or organically raised. The goat cheese, flour, greens, potatoes, and tomatoes are always organic. Ingredient sources vary with each location based on the farms in the area. The pepperoni and sausage are nitrate-free. Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options are plentiful.

What I Ordered
I spent a lot of time in the area which allowed me to visit several locations and eat lots of their delicious pizza. My first order was a Gluten-free Kim’s Pie topped with juicy non-GMO local chicken, tender mushrooms, caramelized sweet onions, house balsamic BBQ sauce, and chives. I would never guess the crust was GF, it was full of flavor with a perfect balance of crunch and chewy, simply outstanding as were the toppings and the entire pizza. I chose a GF Veggie #14 on my second visit and added ricotta and caramelized onions. With a generous portion of chopped portabella shrooms, tender onions, and dollops of creamy ricotta…wow, simply amazing! Mixing things up a bit, I turned up the heat on my next visit and ordered #8 with toppings of arugula, chopped celery, gorgonzola, non-GMO chicken, and house-made Spicy Buffalo Sauce. Again, nothing but praise here, yum!
Each Jules Thin Crust is laid out differently but they all share the same clean and simple decor, with pops of red. Table and booth seating is available while some locations offer outdoor seating. I found the staff to be pleasant and cordial as well.
Jules Thin Crust does not disappoint; excellent tasting scratch-made flatbread pizzas with tons of organic, local, and clean ingredients. Needless to say, I’m hooked, as are many lucky locals. With 6 locations in Southeastern PA and one in the Princeton area of NJ, make it a point to stop by this Family Owned local fave and grab a flatbread and organic salad…drool!
