90% of all ingredients used at Pacha Organic Cafe are either organic or local and grown organically. The cheese and tomatillos are not organic as well as a few condiments. They also offer several gluten-free options.
What’s Served
Served during the week until 8 pm, the large breakfast menu at Pacha Organic Cafe offers just about everything breakfast, including quiche and tacos. They are locally famous for their amazing organic pancakes. Their lunch menu is offered from 11am-3pm. Lunch plates include quiche, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. In addition to coffee, tea, soda, and smoothies, they serve craft beer, wine, and organic cider.
What I Ordered
I ordered the Hot Chocolate and Organic French Toast. The scratch-made organic and fair trade dark chocolate with organic almond milk and topped with whipped cream…was to die for, so yummy. Literally, I inhaled it…was gone in under 30 seconds! The French Toast, OMG can’t describe how yummy the toppings of Maple-Pecan-Espresso-Butter were…no words. Pacha is a definite Clean Foodie top pick for Austin.
The Vibe
The first thoughts that came to mind were a Bohemian coffee house and a nice relaxed atmosphere. It’s small, eclectic, and fun with an outdoor seating area on the back porch. There’s also a small bar where you can sit and watch the kitchen activities.
The Takeaway
Pacha Organic Cafe is known to have the best pancakes in town; next visit I will certainly be ordering Blueberry Pancakes. Every plate I saw looked more phenomenal than the last. I might have to move to Austin! Love, love, love me some Pacha! High quality in every sense of the word, and of course very clean!
