What’s Clean
At Picnik, most of the produce is local and organically grown; variety is seasonal. The chicken is organic and pasture-raised, the seafood is wild-caught and the beef is 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised.
What’s Served
Everything Picnik serves is gluten, corn, peanut, and soy-free. This location offers Grab & Go breakfast and lunch items, butter coffee, bone broth, and gluten-free pastries. Food choices include tacos wrapped in gluten-free almond flour tortillas, toasts, oatmeal, wraps, and muffins.
What I Ordered
We ordered a Chaga Hot Chocolate which is a seasonal drink, and a Mocha Latte Butter Coffee from the grab & go section. Made from a base of wildcrafted Chaga Mushrooms, the hot chocolate was smooth and rich with chocolate flavor from the raw cacao. The Mocha Latte is addictive, ’nuff said.
The Vibe
Situated in a former shipping container, this location provides a deck equipped with several tables for seating. It’s a great place to meet up with friends and hang out while enjoying a few small bites and coffee.
The Takeaway
Although Picnik is known for its Butter Coffee, the food is pretty fantastic too. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve sampled at any Picnik location. This outdoor location is spacious and relaxed. Stop by and partake in Picnik’s glorious food and coffee provisions.
