What’s Clean
Serving anti-inflammatory dishes while sourcing fresh and local ingredients are high priorities at Pharm Table. Just about everything served is organic and made in-house. The entire menu is 100% Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Refined Sugar-Free. The meats are Grass-Fed and the Chicken is organic. Most of the dishes are vegan from which you can add a protein of your choice if desired. All of the amazing desserts are raw. Keto and Paleo options are aplenty.
What’s Served
Pharm Table serves fresh house-made Soups and Broths, Salads, Grain Bowls, and Open-Faced small plates such as Tacos, Mexican Huarache, and Kale Pizza. Desserts include Espresso Brownie Bites, Avocado Chocolate Mousse, Dairy-Free Cashew Cheesecake, and more. Brunch is served Saturday – Monday with offerings of bottomless Coffee, Ceviche, Vegan Sweet Potato Waffles, and Smoothie Bowls to name a few. Beverage choices include Kombucha, Coffee, Teas, Nut Milks, and Wellness Shots. Fresh pressed Juices, Granola and Treats are available from the Grab & Go if you’re in a hurry. Pharm Table is also a BYOB restaurant.
What I Ordered
I arrived for Brunch and ordered the Vegan Sweet Potato Waffles and a bowl of the Moqueca Winter Squash Soup. The slurp-worthy Braziliian inspired soup with ingredients of pureed sweet potato, turmeric, onion, and ginger, was beautifully presented with toppings of pepitas, and coconut flakes…oh my! Outstanding in every category! The sweet potato waffles arrived garnished with an Asian Pear Chutney, Coconut Flakes, and Maple Syrup and a dollop of Mashed Sweet Potato on the side. Pictures don’t lie, with a slightly crisp shell, moist interior, and mellow yet divine taste, these waffles were dabomb! Gourmet, vegan, clean, and delish…just WOW!
The Vibe
With character in every corner, Pharm Table exudes Farmhouse charm in a cozy setting complete with twinkle lights strewn across the ceiling. Table seating is provided indoors and on the lovely outdoor patio as well.
The Takeaway
Pharm Table is a shining star with limited hours of 11AM – 3PM daily. Plan ahead, you don’t want to miss out on this Clean Foodie paradise. Not only does Pharm Table use clean ingredients, but its cooking methods and recipes keep the integrity of those clean ingredients as much as possible.
