The eggs, beef, and lunch meats used in the open-faced sandwiches are organic as well as most of the produce, including frozen fruits. The chicken, coffee, milks, and yogurt are not organic.

The menu at Blue Dahlia boasts French-inspired cuisine which includes open-faced sandwiches, soups, salads, cheese boards, entrees, breakfast all-day, beer, and wine. Entrees include mussel dishes, beef bourguignon, meatloaf, ravioli, and more.
What I Ordered
I ordered the Sausage and Cheese Frittata accompanied by a side of Organic Greens and their delish bread. The Frittata was rich and moist with just the right amount of cheese. The sausage was mild and not overpowering making for a yummy Frittata.
The Vibe
The Blue Dahlia Bistro at Westlake certainly offers a bistro feel with a simply decorated venue boasting European accents. Outdoor seating is available under a covered area at the front of the restaurant.
The Takeaway
The menu items are unique to this area which is a nice change from the norm. Blue Dahlia offers somewhat clean and definitely delish food.
