Everything on the menu at Juice Amour is raw, organic, plant-based, and gluten-free. In addition, everything is scratch-made in-house. Local sourcing of clean produce and ingredients from small farms is a priority.
At Juice Amour’s Burlington location, the menu offers tacos, salads, soups, pudding jars, smoothies, cold-pressed juice, acai bowls, and wellness shots. A build-your-own Jar option is also offered which allows you to choose acai or chia pudding as a base and two toppings. Juice cleanses are also available via pre-order.
What I Ordered
I opted to build-my-own jar with Chia Pudding as the base and toppings of Strawberries, Pineapple, and Mango. The velvety pudding is made in-house with chia seeds that are soaked in their scratch-made cashew milk along with vanilla, then sweetened with maple syrup. The juicy fruit toppings were fresh and perfectly ripened; I assure you, moans ensued with every spoonful. The next day I visited Juice Amour’s Middlebury location and ordered the Blueberry Muffin Smoothie, again absolutely sinful. With Blueberries, Chia Pudding, Cashew Cream, Granola, Almond Butter, and Coconut Flakes…this my friends was hands down THE BEST SMOOTHIE that I’ve had the pleasure of devouring.
The atmosphere at Juice Amour in Burlington is colorful, simple, and fun. A few small tables and bar seating are provided indoors, with a few tables outside along the sidewalk in front of the restaurant.
Juice Amour does food right…clean, fresh, and dreamy. In addition, its food and beverages are very reasonably priced, especially considering the high quality. Stop by Juice Amour for the best looking and tasting smoothie jar and pudding creations this Clean Foodie has ever tasted.
